Because these are custom made, you will need to see an eye care practitioner in your area to get an eyewear prescription. When making the purchase, you will be asked in Step 3, if you want Anti Reflection, No Anti Reflection, or a computer tint for the extremely light sensitive. For most folks, the Anti Reflection lens is the best choice. Sure it take a bit longer to clean them, but the lenses are so clear with almost no reflections on them! Totally worth it! We pick up so many reflections from the screen and from office light sources above us that you will enjoy the Anti Reflection lens.
