What if my frames don’t fit well.

Many optical retailers, especially the brand name stores like LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Sears Optical, Target Optical, and others, offer free adjustments.  MedLenses frames are ophthalmic grade frames and are easily adjustable at these fine retailers.  Most of the locations don’t even ask where you purchased your eyewear. 

What if I have Vision Insurance?
Many Vision Insurance Providers have a method of allowing you to submit your invoice for reimbursement. We will be emailing you an insurance-friendly receipt that will be helpful for filing your vision claim. Your insurance ID card will have a toll-free number if you have any questions on how to file your vision claim.

Can I have all my money back if I don’t like them?

We understand that our products cannot work for everyone.  The studies we draw from tell us that a majority of people benefit but not everyone.  With that in mind, we have chosen to make it easy.  If our eyewear does not help you, send it back for a full and cheerful refund...period.  No hoops to jump through.  We do ask that you send it back in new condition.   The shipping charges back to us will be on you but the good news is, eyewear does not weigh much!   We want to thank you for purchasing our product and giving it a try!  

My job requires ANSI Z87.1 OSHA Approved Safety Eyewear. Are your glasses Safety Eyewear?

MedLenses eyewear are not OSHA Z87 approved eyewear.   If your employer requires Z87 Safety eyewear, then MedLenses will not meet that requirement.
